Containing the same properties as the Healthy Pro-Balance Body Cream, Healthy Fem Balance also contains DHEA, Pregnenolone and Phytoestrogens.

Healthy Fem Balance contains 500mg of Micronized USP Progesterone per ounce. That’s 2,200mg of progesterone per bottle. This amount will provide a woman with the recommended dosage for 60 days or 9 weeks.

Recommended Use:  Each full press of the pump dispenses 6 mg of USP progesterone. Use 2 full pumps in the morning and 2 full pumps at night. Some women prefer to take the full dose once a day (4 pumps, 24mg). We recommend using it twice a day to insure a steady level of progesterone during 24 hours.

If you have menstrual cycles and are a premenopausal woman, you can use 2 full pumps in the morning and 2 full pumps at night, from the day 14 of your cycle until the first day of your period.
